How do I return an item purchased through Gunilla of Sweden®?

How do I return an item purchased through Gunilla of Sweden®?

Items purchased directly from www.gunillaofsweden.com are eligible for return within 90 days of receipt, in any condition (used or unused).

Items purchased from Amazon or other retailers must be returned to the original seller.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Gunilla of Sweden® is not responsible for returns that do not arrive and have no tracking.

Refunds cover the cost of returned products and applicable taxes only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to return your order:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA) #

    Email customers@gunillaofsweden.com to request your RA number.

  2. Complete and include the Return Form

    You’ll receive the form with your RA #. Write the RA # clearly on the outside of your return package.

  3. Ship your return within 90 days of delivery to:

Once received, your return will be inspected and refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing, plus up to two weeks for full completion depending on your bank.

Shipping & Processing Overview

We ship orders via USPS or UPS depending on the weight and delivery location. Delivery options and costs will appear at checkout.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • During major promotions, processing may take up to 4–5 business days.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or weekends ship the following business week.
  • We are closed on weekends and national holidays.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Free Shipping: Offered during select promotions; shipped via USPS First Class or equivalent.
  • USPS Standard (5–7 days): $5.95
  • USPS Expedited (2–5 days): $15.95
  • UPS Ground (2–5 days): $14.50

Note: Expedited shipping refers to carrier delivery speed and does not shorten order processing times. Delays from weather or other issues are not refundable.

International Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $38 worldwide
  • Duties/Taxes: Not included; may be charged by your country upon delivery
  • If actual shipping exceeds $38, we’ll contact you before proceeding

The Following Rules Apply to ANY FREE ITEM PROMOTION or GIFT:

 1) Anything marked as “FREE” is only free if the items purchased to qualify for the free item are not returned. This includes free items with systems, promotional offers, and free shipping charges.*
2) If an item is returned for a refund and then purchased again later, it will not be eligible for a refund a second time.
Abuse of our promotions and gifts increases our operational costs, which are intentionally kept to a minimum to ensure our products retail at affordable prices for you.

*This is to avoid a purchase with the sole intention of returning everything only to keep the free item.

Advantages of a password account with Members Only Advantages?

Having an account makes you a member with significant advantages. Members have customized accounts to view their past and current orders and payment methods. Members benefit from members-only seasonal sales throughout the year.  These sales include our most significant discounts, free shipping, free drawings, and free items. You will not be overloaded with too many emails, just great seasonal sales that most members take advantage of because they only occur 5 or 6 times a year. Membership is not required to place orders through the Gunilla of Sweden® website.

 

 

Am I automatically enrolled for recurring shipments? No.

Product and kit orders placed directly through the website are one-time purchases. To sign up for a subscription, you must select the option manually. You can customize your subscription and choose from a variety of intervals/discounts.

Subscription Frequency customization, changing payment method, or cancellation may be applied by calling 866.551.505 or emailing customers@gunillaofsweden.com.

I am having difficulties placing my order/billing concerns.

For all concerns regarding payments, orders, or product information, please call us toll-free at 866.551.5505. We are open Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm CST. You can also chat live or send an email. All email inquiries sent within business hours are responded to within 1-2 hours. Those sent outside of business hours will be answered the following business day.

I never received my package.

For domestic and international shipments, if your package has been guaranteed as delivered by the United States Postal Service or UPS, you must file a claim with the postal carrier before contacting Gunilla of Sweden® for replacement items. If tracking is unavailable (for international USPS services), we will determine the resolution case-to-case basis.

Note: Expedited shipping provides more secure tracking methods and delivery options.

My products were incorrect or damaged upon receipt.

When your package arrives, please inspect it thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Unless the product has spilled or is no longer usable, replacement items will not be sent. You have two weeks from the delivery confirmation date to contact customer service to report any issues with your order. If you would like a refund for the damaged item, it must be returned to us in order to receive that refund.

Do LEROSETT® and GUNILLA® products expire?

We recommend using products within 6-10 months of opening. If stored correctly, unopened products should last for at least 2-3 years. If you notice any strange smells or textures with any products, please get in touch with us immediately. We will replace the product at no extra charge.

1. Overview

The Gunilla of Sweden® subscription program offers scheduled deliveries of your favorite products at a discount. You choose the quantity and frequency that works for you.

2. Enrollment

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Provide valid billing, shipping, and contact details.
  • Agree to these subscription terms.

3. Payment

  • Your card will be charged at the start of each subscription cycle.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards. By enrolling, you authorize recurring payments.
  • If payment fails, your subscription will be paused until it is updated.

4. Discounts

  • Discounts apply only to active subscriptions and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • One-time purchases do not qualify for subscription pricing.
  • Cancelling a subscription voids access to subscription discounts.

5. Managing Your Subscription

  • To change frequency, product, or quantity, email us at least 5 business days before your next order.
  • You may pause your subscription for up to 1 year.
  • Cancel anytime by email, at least 5 business days before your billing date. Same-day cancellations may still be charged.

6. Shipping

  • Orders ship based on your selected schedule.
  • Delivery times may vary. Gunilla of Sweden® is not responsible for carrier delays.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Unopened subscription items can be returned within 90 days under our standard return policy.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is approved.

8. Cancellation by Gunilla of Sweden®

  • We may cancel your subscription for failed payments, suspected fraud, discontinued items, or policy violations.

9. Communication

By subscribing, you agree to receive emails about billing, shipments, and account updates. We do not send reminders before each order.

10. Policy Updates
