  • Clearly disclose your relationship with the brand using FTC-compliant language (e.g., #ad, #ambassador, or #sponsored).

  • Refrain from making false or misleading claims about products.

  • Promote inclusivity, sustainability, and transparency — values that define our brand.

4. Compensation and Benefits

Ambassadors will receive:

  • 5% commission on the total value of each referred order.

  • Payment is made via PayPal or store credit and is subject to change.

  • Exclusive discount codes to share with followers.

  • Early access to new product launches, promotions, and potential free gifts.

Commission terms may change at our discretion. Updates will be communicated.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, product images, and branded assets remain the exclusive property of The Gunilla of Sweden.

  • By posting content related to our products, you grant The Gunilla of Sweden a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, repost, and share your content for marketing purposes, with credit given when possible.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any non-public information provided by The Gunilla of Sweden, including unreleased product details, marketing strategies, or internal communications. Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the program or legal action.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any ambassador from the program at any time for:
